Following in the steps of his Democrat predecessors, incoming governor Terry McAuliffe intends to revive a law that prohibits discrimination toward gay and transgendered Virginia state employees.
The executive order banning that type of discrimination was first decreed by Gov. Tim Kaine, and then Gov. Mark Warner.
